Website History
The Zicklin School website began as a "boiler room" operation in 1995 in the CIS area. Prof. Michael Palley authored the site, which became the model for others (including the Baruch College site) to follow.
That website, and its successor modifications were (in 2001) redesigned by an outside firm – retained by former Assoc. Dean Ducoffe. Prof. Palley still served as site manager. In addition, CIS was instrumental in the adoption of the Zicklin Intranet site – which led to the electronic dissemination of many Zicklin communications, including materials used for school meetings, and curricular matters.
In 2004 the site is redesigned with today's web standards in mind, a fresh new look and improved accessibility by the new Webmaster Rafael Nunez. Prof. Palley now servers as Web System Director.
