Professor Donald H. Schepers Named Associate Dean
Professor Donald H. Schepers has been named Associate Dean of the Zicklin School of Business, effective July 1, 2012.
Don is a professor of Management and has spent the last several years as Academic Director of the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity (RZCCI). During his tenure, he dramatically increased the scope and scale of the Center’s programming, collaborating with the RZCCI team in hosting nationally renowned audit and financial reporting conferences, establishing an annual symposium on sustainability in association with Corporate Communication International at Baruch and building a network of high profile organizations to co-sponsor more than 15 annual events for students, faculty, alumni, and professionals. Don and the RZCCI team also added a robust research component, exemplified by the creation of the Baruch Index of Corporate Political Disclosure with co-author Professor Naomi A. Gardberg. Don’s published articles have appeared in the Business and Society Review,Business & Society, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Resource Management Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management.
