Richard P. Randall
Mr. Randall rejoined the Lillian Vernon Corp (LVC) in May, 2002, as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. He had served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LVC from 1998 to 2000, at which time he joined Coach, Inc as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was a management consultant.
Mr. Randall is a CPA and sits on the Boards of Directors of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY, Steve Madden, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SHOO), and Aceto Corp (NASDAQ: ACET). In addition, he chairs the audit committees for Burke and Madden.
