Andy Patel
Mr. Patel is passionate about business. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family and started learning about sales, marketing and cash flow at very young age. His journey after Ithaca College, has allowed him to contribute as an analyst at loan pricing corporation, a Reuters company covering the commercial debt market to Financial analyst and purchasing manager at software company catering to the telecom industry to budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, treasury, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, risk management, strategic planning, and field operations at a multinational corporation within the insurance industry. Most recently, he is the corporate treasurer and also responsible for financial planning and analysis at a NASDAQ listed company.
These experiences have also allowed him to become an outside advisor or board member to an electronic (solar, windmill, and hi temp wire) components company in Orange county CA, health and leisure company in Passaic county, NJ, children’s toy company in Essex county NJ, coordinate bridge financing for a someone in the medical industry, and network with and assist many other small business entrepreneurs.
In summary, Andy Patel has a proven track record, both in private equity backed investments and public traded companies primarily in company wide financial, strategic business planning and corporate finance in both domestic and international markets by brining an entrepreneurial spirit.
