Richard Merians
Mr. Merians graduated from Baruch College in 1955. In 1965 he founded Hygrade Delivery & Distribution Corporation from a number of small transportation companies that he had formed during the prior 7 years. In 1980 he was awarded ICC rights to operate nationally.
In 1987 Mr. Merians designed a comprehensive Warehouse Management System in-house for the furniture industry. In 1995 he formed Hygrade Integrated Logistic Systems which supplies consulting and systems to the "Big Ticket" industry. His areas of experience and expertise include: logistics, small company formation, small company management and technology design.
