Paul Koren
Mr. Koren is currently serving as Consultant to RSM McGladrey, Inc. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Services Industry Group in the New York office of American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, working extensively with clients in the structure of hedge funds and in consulting on accounting, tax and business matters that affect the operation of the funds. He is recognized as an industry leader, commenting on matters that affect funds, lecturing and writing on the subject. In addition to this specialty, Mr. Koren has provided accounting, tax and consulting services for a similar period to the commercial sector.
