Customer Service
Laura Ballance is the first line of communication with the GCMC. Our Office Assistant enjoys the diversity at Baruch, and will be happy to greet you in German or Turkish, or the language of your choice. With a background in municipal government, nonprofit organizations, and volunteer work, her career has focused on public service. As she is still working on her degree, and recently joined the GCMC, she can identify with many of our students’ concerns. When she’s not in the office, you can find her snapping photos of NYC’s many landmarks or the surf at a nearby beach.
