On-Campus Recruiting
The Graduate Career Management Center is committed to assisting you in meeting your employment needs. We welcome your participation in our On-Campus Recruiting program during the fall and spring semesters. To facilitate the On-Campus Recruiting process, we have instituted the following procedures:

Securing a Recruiting Date
Employers may reserve interview dates for internship and full-time positions as well as schedule information sessions for the fall and spring recruiting seasons. Formal on-campus recruiting activities are typically scheduled between October 1st and November 22nd, for the fall semester, and between February 3rd and April 4th, for the spring semester.
To reserve a date, please contact Dean Vera at (646) 312-1342 or dean_vera@baruch.cuny.edu. Once your date has been approved, the Center will send you a Confirmation Letter.
Posting Job Descriptions, Viewing/Printing Resumes, Selecting Candidates and Viewing Interview Schedules
We use a web-based recruiting software program, eRecruiting, to manage our on-campus recruiting process. This user-friendly software is easily accessible through the Internet, will allow you to post job descriptions, view and/or print resumes of applicants, decide whether or not to accept or decline each applicant for an interview online, and view interview schedules. In addition, it will give students access to your job listings 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once you register with the Center, we will provide you with a username and password to access the system, as well as instructional information on using eRecruiting.
Standard Interview Schedule: Half-hour interviews begin at 9:00 am, with a lunch break from 12:15 pm-1:30 pm and two 15 minute breaks at 10:30 am and 3:00 pm. The last interview is scheduled for 4:15 pm. Alternate arrangements can be made upon request.
Please Note: The Graduate Career Management Center reserves the right to change your scheduled on-campus interview date if you do not make your candidate selections online 48 hours prior to the interview date, or we do not receive your candidate selection list 48 hours prior to the interview date.
