Franchising and the Law & How to Buy a Franchise
This session will help the entrepreneur to understand the laws related to franchising as well as how to evaluate franchise opportunities. Participants will learn about Trade Regulation Rule, Uniform Franchise Offering Circular, Franchise Contracts, and Franchise Fraud. Participants will also learn how to negotiate a franchise contract, evaluate a franchise-training program, and estimate the cost of a franchise.
