Mastering Your Market Opportunity - session 2
A key to success in entrepreneurship is the quality of the market opportunity around which the entrepreneur builds a business asset. Help in refining and capturing the opportunity can be very beneficial, but only if the entrepreneur can clearly express the opportunity to those who can help them and, ultimately, to their customers. This two-session workshop is aimed at assisting entrepreneurs to better understand and communicate the market opportunity they are seeking to pursue.

Applying the Tool to Your Market Opportunity
Armed with the knowledge obtained in the preceding session, participants will get to apply the tool to their own market opportunities in a facilitated, hands-on workshop environment. The session will be structured to provide ample feedback from the instructor and from fellow entrepreneurs. Participants should come away with a clearer understanding of their opportunity that will enhance their ability to communicate it to customers, technical assistance providers, lenders, and investors.
