This seminar will discuss the problems in raising capital to launch and expand a business. The differences between Equity Financing and Debt Financing will be explained. The various sources for equity and debt financing along with the advantages and disadvantages will also be discussed. The role of the Small Business Administration (SBA) in providing financing will be reviewed.
