Connecting Professionals to Global Training Resources

The Weissman Center for International Business and Baruch's Division of Continuing and Professional Studies work together to offer professionals seeking to develop their skills relevant, high quality, cost-effective training in international trade operations and procedures. The goal is to give participants a competitive advantage in the many industries in our region that are engaged in importing and exporting. At the same time, the program will help companies upgrade the skills of their employees to better served global customers and meet evolving security and compliance requirements.

The training program builds on Baruch's considerable experience in offering degree program in international business as well as the decade-long track record of the Weissman Center for International Business in delivering educational programs to Baruch students and the international business community in the New York metropolitan region.

The program offers both cores courses that provide a solid base for careers in international trade as well as more advanced programs that provide deeper knowledge in more specialized areas. Our instructors are experienced practitioners in their field who provide practical, up-to-date information that participants can apply on-the-job.
