DESCRIPTION:Shareholder Activism was the first panel in the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity Corporate Governance Series.  This session addressed the current call for increased shareholder power.  The panel discussed shareholder activism from the perspective of directors, managers and shareholders themselves.  We also considered proposed changes in the law of corporate governance that would give shareholders greater influence in corporate decision making.
