About the Program
The Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity will host a luncheon discussion on conducting business with integrity in emerging markets. The discussion will be led by Seth Lipner, Professor of Law at Baruch College. Participants will include Jason Lamin a partner at Lenox Park an independent marketing and advisory firm for alternative investments and Michael Buenger Senior Counsel at the National Center for State Courts. Both have experience with risk issues in emerging markets. Mr. Lamin advises clients on investments in emerging market firms. Mr Buenger spent the last three years working as a senior advisor to USAID, rebuilding the courts system in Kosovo.
Lunch will be served.
