Behind the UN Oil-for-Food Scandal
Andrew Levine, former Deputy Counsel on the Independent Inquiry Committee into the UN Oil-for-Food Programme, provided audience members with a behind the scenes look at the scandal plagued Programme. Mr. Levine addressed both the political complexity of the Programme and the problems of auditing and monitoring a massive international effort of this kind. Following his presentation, Mr. Levine participated in a question & answer session.
