The Strategic Role of the Board was the second seminar in the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity Corporate Governance Evening Seminar Series. This session focused on how boards could impact the strategy of the organization, and how an organization could choose the most appropriate directors for its size and style. The session also covered how boards could advocate for long-term sustainability and other innovations.
