Business Law Minor
The Department of Law offers a minor in Business Law for students in the Zicklin School of Business, which is oriented towards the legal regulation of business, rather than liberal arts. Students with an interest in business law are encouraged to take the Business Law minor in addition to the liberal arts concentration used to satisfy the Tier III requirement.
To satisfy the Business Law minor, students may take any three Business Law courses at the 3000 level. There is no capstone course requirement. Unlike the interdisciplinary Law & Policy Tier III concentration, the Zicklin Business Law minor does not satisfy Baruch College’s “Tier III” liberal arts requirement.
The following courses, which are regularly offered by the Department of Law, can be used to satisfy the Business Law minor.
