November 12 | Professor Ryan Smith |
December 8 | Professor Abe Korman |

Our guest will be Professor Ryan Smith from the School of Public Affairs. Ryan will discuss sociological approaches to the study of workplace diversity with a focus on individual-level and organizational-level outcomes. We will open up the session for a lively exchange, discussing overlapping and divergent approaches in management, sociology, and related fields and how our research on diversity at work can benefit from a cross-disciplinary perspective.
Brown Bag Seminars are held from 12:30 - 2:00 pm in the Management Department Conference Room. Bring your own lunch. Coffee and dessert are provided. For additional information, please contact Professor Stephan Dilchert. mailto:Stephan.Dilchert@baruch.cuny.edu
