• Best Paper Award - Prof. Naomi A. Gardberg, PhD alumnus Noushi Rahman & Vijay Sampath from the 2012 Academy of Management (AOM). Also nominated for this year's Caroline Dexter Award for Internationalization of the Academy.  Titled "Corruption and Corporate Reputation: The Paradox of Buffering and Suffering".

• Best Paper Award - Prof. Naomi A. Gardberg, PhD student Yonathan Feffer and two co-authors from the 2012 Academy of Management (AOM) and Runner-Up Award for this year's Dorothy Harlow Best Paper Award, Gender and Diversity Division. Titled "Organizational Actions in Face of Institutional Contestation: Diffusion of LGBT-Friendly Practices".

• 2012 Zicklin School of Business: Excellence in Teaching Award - Lecturer Mary Anne Holley
• First Zicklin Hybrid & Online Teaching (HOT) Award - Lecturer Allison Lehr Samuels. As part of a CUNY-wide initiative to increase hybrid learning courses at its colleges, the Zicklin School of Business has been working to provide resources for faculty to build its online and hybrid education platforms. This year, the first ever Zicklin School Hybrid & Online Teaching (HOT) Award, designed to recognize instructors who adapt instructional technologies in innovative ways in support of student learning, went to Allison Lehr Samuels.
