The ADL World of Difference Training Program
As part of our Leadership Training program, The Department of Management at Baruch College has developed a close working relationship with the World of Difference Training Program developed by the Anti-Defamation League.
The World of Difference Training Program, which has been successfully administered to thousands of executives and managers in organizations world-wide, focuses on the types of behavioral and attitudinal issues which stem from the increasing diversity of the workforce and provides a number of approaches which may be used by managers in dealing with these issues.
