Building on three successful years of collaboration, iCoach New York and Baruch College’s Department of Management now offer:
The Emerging Role of Internal Coaching
A three-day course that provides a foundation of knowledge and skill for the practicing or aspiring internal coach. The course covers the unique challenges of internal coaching as well as core skills important to the role. Participants will take a feedback instrument on their internal coaching approach.

Feedback Coaching: Use of Multi-rater (360°) Feedback
This two-day course teaches participants effective approaches and protocol for providing clients with feedback based on multi-rater assessments. Participants learn how to address sponsor engagement, select raters and data, assemble and articulate important themes, how to evolve a point of view and use coach self-awareness. Each participant will develop a plan for conducting effective feedback sessions. This course uses pre-work and case studies.

Coaching Techniques for Managers
This two-day course helps line managers cope with one of their major challenges: presenting both negative and positive feedback to their employees. Participants will be given model case exercises in which they will work on laying the groundwork for arriving at successful outcomes from a feedback session.
The goal of the course is not only to make each participant more effective at giving and receiving feedback, it is to introduce the value of regular quarterly feedback in each organization with the goal of developing a feedback culture.
At the end of the program, participants can expect to have an individual plan for conducting feedback sessions.

All classes will be held in the Executive Education facility of the Zicklin School of Business.
Textbooks and other learning materials are provided by the program.
Class size is limited to ensure sufficient opportunities for interaction among participants and faculty.
