MS in ILR
- Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR)
The Baruch Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) program is offered under the auspices of the Zicklin School of Business. Designed for in-place professionals working in the fields of human resource management and/or industrial and labor relations, graduates are awarded the MSILR degree. As participants in an executive program, students benefit from the significant work experience of their peers and the faculty's applied perspective, that is, typically, informed by extensive practical experience.
An important feature of the Baruch Executive MSILR program is the cohort experience: courses are taken in sequence, and students graduate in three academic years. Books, registration, and meals are handled by the program staff and are included in the program fee. All classes meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Baruch's facilities in the Gramercy Park section of New York City.
