Program Content
The program consists of classroom sessions, assessment activities, outside speakers, and individualized coaching. The sessions are geared toward updating job search skills to reflect the current job environment, and on pinpointing what skills are necessary in today’s marketplace. In addition, there will be individualized coaching sessions to help participants clarify their vision of where they would like to be and what they need to do to get there.
