Supercharge Your Career Search in Tough Times
In today's tough job market, you need great skills to find a new job in your career path---or to be promoted within your existing company. The Department of Management's five-session intensive program is for students, alumni, and friends who are looking to promote their talent by mastering the skills needed for finding that new job, being noticed for advancement where they work, or transitioning to a new career. Review of resumes, practice managing awkward interview questions, and other areas needed for career success are included in the series. Students and alumni who attended Prof. Leigh Henderson's previous workshops found great value in the program: "Great! After a role-playing exercise, I got instant feedback from the class and the instructor on my interviewing skills." "The class gave me the tools that I needed to start my job search." "Sharing and doing exercises pushed me to realize the importance of networking and maintaining relationships."
Class size is strictly limited. The workshop will be held on five Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The Strong Interest Inventory and other assessments are included in the workshop fee reduced to $125.
