Dr. Sam Chandan is President and Chief Economist of Real Estate Econometrics and an adjunct professor of real estate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylavania. In his leadership role at reeconometrics, Dr. Chandan is responsible for the firm's economic and risk analysis services, as well as its commercial mortgage performance reporting and forecasting products.
