BBA Minor in Real Estate

BBA Real Estate Minor requires 9 credits of selected real estate courses.

The BBA Minor in Real Estate (9 credits), offers a rigorous, introduction to real estate, with a particular emphasis on financial analysis. Everybody needs to know about real estate, and Finance and Entrepreneurship majors in particular will find that the minor gives them depth in an allied field.

RES3800 Real Estate Construction Process: Building, Cost, and Management Issues
RES3900 Real Estate Development: Principles and Guidelines
ECO3320 Urban Economics
