David B. Henry is President, Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation, a NYSE REIT which is the nation’s largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers. As of June 30, 2010, Kimco has interests in over 1,465 retail properties totaling approximately 150 million square feet located throughout 45 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Peru.
Before joining Kimco Realty, Mr. Henry was Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer at GE Capital Real Estate. Mr. Henry spent 23 years with the company and was responsible for pension advisory activities and investment policies and strategies in the U. S. and international markets. Mr. Henry was also chairman of the Investment Committee and a member of the Credit Committee.
Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Henry was Vice President for six years with Republic Mortgage Investors, a REIT based in Coral Gables, Florida.
Mr. Henry graduated from Bucknell University in 1971 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and received an M.B.A. in 1973 from the University of Miami. He currently serves on the boards of HCP (NYSE), Fairfield County Bank, and TRI, Inc., and is a Trustee of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Biography:
Dennis Friedrich was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Commercial Operations in 2009. Prior to this position, he was President of Brookfield Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations, following two years as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Commercial Operations. Dennis also previously held the role of head of Strategic Initiatives for the U.S. property portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Dennis was co-head of Jones Lang LaSalle's tenant advisory practice in New York. He holds a business degree in finance from Baruch College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Brookfield Properties is a commercial real estate corporation that owns, develops, and operates premier assets in the downtown cores of high-growth North American cities.
