Dennis Friedrich

President and Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Commercial Operations, Brookfield Properties


Biography:
Dennis Friedrich was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Commercial Operations in 2009. Prior to this position, he was President of Brookfield Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations, following two years as Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Commercial Operations. Dennis also previously held the role of head of Strategic Initiatives for the U.S. property portfolio.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Dennis was co-head of Jones Lang LaSalle's tenant advisory practice in New York. He holds a business degree in finance from Baruch College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Brookfield Properties is a commercial real estate corporation that owns, develops, and operates premier assets in the downtown cores of high-growth North American cities. Their signature properties define the skylines of many major metropolises including New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Houston, Toronto, and Calgary. Brookfield Properties is a publicly traded company, and is listed under the ticker symbol BPO on both the New York and Toronto Stock Exchanges.

Henry Justin, Principal, has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the real estate market, including acquisition, leasing, conversion, and property management. Mr. Justin has owned and operated over two million square feet of residential and commercial property in Manhattan.

HJ Development is an active investor in a multitude of projects throughout New York City and the United States. H.J.
