The program included debates on the concept of affordability and the responsibility of housing provision; civic leaders discussed past and existing programs in New York City; and contributors to the report spoke about the thinking behind the components of the report. There was a keynote address from the New York City Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum at the end of the day.\n\n
