Newman Real Estate Institute Open House
The Open House is an opportunity for potential students to learn about the full range of the Newman Real Estate Programs offered at Baruch College directly from faculty members. Students can learn about the Newman Institute Certificate Program which includes courses required to obtain or maintain New York State real estate licenses for brokers, salespersons, appraisers and home inspectors.

The Certificate Program also offers a wide range of practical, focused professional education for those interested in real estate finance and investment, development, property management, sustainability, and brokerage of both residential and commercial property. There will be a specific discussion of the region's most extensive appraisal program offered in conjunction with the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. There is also information available about both undergraduate and graduate real estate programs.
