These were four self-contained, breakfast and lunch meetings in 2001 on November 16 and 17 and December 7 and 14. The four separate topics were: Existing Financing Programs/Problems and Opportunities; Learning from Mitchell-Lama: Government Financing of large-Scale Middle-Income Housing Programs; Private Sector Investment Opportunities in Financing Large-Scale Middle Income Housing; and the last was on two studies, Case Study Arverne: Designing New York Oceanfront Housing and Financing New York Oceanfront Housing.
