Speaker Biography
Louise Sunshine, formerly president and CEO of the Sunshine Group, Ltd., established the company in 1986. Prior to that she was executive vice president of the Trump Organization and was instrumental in developing the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Trump Tower.
Ms. Sunshine's knowledge of the interplay between the complexities of the marketplace and the rigors of the development process has made her a highly regarded consultant for many US real estate development companies, financial institutions, REITS and opportunity funds to design, market and sell their premier properties.
