Make Up/Qualifying Exams
Use this form if you are absent from a final exam or wish to take a qualifying exam to waive a preliminary course requirement. (Grades of ABS or INC must be resolved by the end of the final examination period of the subsequent semester, or they become grades of FAB or FINC, the equivalent of F.)
