Housing

Photo: New York Buildings

Although it can be expensive, housing for students is plentiful in the New York City area. There are a wide range of options, and students live in all 5 boroughs of New York, as well as Long Island, Connecticut, Westchester County, and New Jersey.

Resources:

A good source for housing information is HELPLINE, (212) 802-6795.

The Village Voice newspaper, available free of charge at the Student Activities Center (360 Park Avenue South, 14th and 15 floors) is also a good place to look for apartments for rent and for share in the area.

If you are an international student, you can also check with the International Student Services Center, (212) 802-2350.

Students who are interested in residential off-campus student housing might wish to contact Educational Housing Services (ENS), an independent student housing service. EHS operates several student residences in Manhattan and Brooklyn. For more information call 1 (800) 297-4694 or visit their web site at www.studenthousing.org.

Please note: Zicklin School of Business does not own or operate any student housing.
