Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to provide the student with a understanding of the corporate finance and investment environment and provide the tools needed to be able to keep current in the ever changing business world. The program is composed of core and advance courses, and a series of mini courses organized in modules.
The core and advance courses are designed to help students develop a strong understanding and appreciation of various financial theories and their applications.
The mini courses are organized in modules taught by leading financial industry practitioners, and researches making each module an exciting experience.

Trading Room Environment
The Zicklin School of Business has built a unique, state of the art trading environment for simulating trading room and market operations, the Subotnick Financial Services Center & Wasserman Trading Floor, located in the Baruch College Technology and Library building. The center is an extraordinary learning tool for executives working in various financial, banking and accounting services area.
Degree Requirements
Students must earn thirty (30) credits for the Executive MS degree, maintain a cumulative 3.0 grade point average, and satisfy all Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business and Executive Programs policies, rules, and regulations.
