Full-Time MBA Program

The Full-Time MBA program is built around a cohort of students admitted together each fall semester. It all starts with the pre-term program, an intensive three-week immersion including leadership development, career management, team building, academic preparation, and cross-cultural management, as well as social activities with alumni and current students. In each of your first two semesters, you will be assigned to a learning team of five students that leverages the cohort’s professional and cultural diversity; your peer network is at hand. Over the next 21 months, you will meet the challenges of a rigorous curriculum, and challenge each other toward excellence outside the classroom as you chase your career aspirations in New York City and around the globe. The Full-Time MBA Program requires your commitment to full-time study, managing group dynamics, and professional distinction. At Zicklin, you will find the spirit and the grit you need to launch a new career trajectory.

The Zicklin Full-Time MBA offers an extraordinary value: ranked top 50 by Forbes for five-year ROI and #1 by US News in value at graduation. Our faculty are consistently ranked among the best in their respective fields, and deliver a curriculum that is comprehensive and relevant.

The Full-Time MBA is built around a cohort of students admitted in the fall. Designed to be completed in four semesters (22 months), it is optimal for those who have the drive and commitment to change careers – whether moving from one industry to a completely new one, or moving into a new functional area within an industry.

The Full-Time MBA does not reside solely in a classroom. The curriculum is complemented by resources, activities, and opportunities that together enrich and infuse your MBA experience. The program’s format allows you the time and resources to integrate critical career management activities into your total experience. With knowledge and technical skills in hand, you will engage regularly in professional development and personal networking activities. These latter activities are the bedrock of your success in the marketplace. And with New York City as your campus green, and over 100,000 living alumni of Baruch College, what better place to launch a new career trajectory.
