This program is focused on strategic and operational aspects of the management of human capital.Graduates will be trained to assume vital senior human resource management roles in business, consulting, and government organizations, as well as position themselves as candidates for doctoral graduate programs. The curriculum is composed of 5 foundational and 5 advanced courses covering such diverse areas as staffing, job analysis and competency modeling, leadership, management of work teams, organizational research, employee surveying, training and organizational change and development.
