- Application for Academic Appeal
- Zicklin Undergraduate Services Appeal Application to the Committee on Academic Standing is used for Reinstatement, Student Initiated Grade Changes, Curricular Adjustments, Time Extensions to makeup an ABS or INC grade and Drop a Course After Deadline
- Beta Gamma Sigma
- Beta Gamma Sigma is the honor society for the best students in programs accredited by AACSB Internatonal. AACSB is the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business.
- Exemption Exam
- An exemption exam is taken when a student has acquired sufficient knowledge in a subject other than a Baruch College course. Students must obtain approval from the appropriate contact person (see reverse side) to take an exemption exam. A student is not permitted to take an exemption exam if s-he is registered for the course.
- Make-Up Exam
- Make-up exams are given to students who were absent from the final exam for their courses. Students must have an ABS grade to qualify for a make-up exam. The privilege of taking a make-up exam can be granted ONLY if the student presents a satisfactory reason and documented proof (e.g. a doctor’s note) for his/her absence to the instructor by November 1 (fall semester) or April 1 (spring semester) of the SUBSEQUENT TERM. Once the deadline has passed, students must file an appeal for an extension with the appropriate Committee on Academic Standing
