Instructor
Suresh Gupta, PhD
Dr. Suresh Gupta teaches management courses in the Executive MBA program at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and graduate courses in NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering. As the Managing Partner of S. Gupta and Associates, he is an active management consultant. He has in-depth expertise in operations strategy and management and his work experience has included lead partner with PwC Consulting, Capco, and North Highland, as well as VP at Bankers Trust and Citicorp Investment Bank, and Assistant Professor at Pace University. As a management consultant, Dr. Gupta has helped many clients in the service and manufacturing sectors improve their business profitability, customer focus, and operational agility by implementing new operating models. His clients have included Ameriprise, American Express, AT&T, Bank of America, Bell Labs, BNY Mellon, Bi-Lo, Citi, Credit Suisse, Dunn and Bradstreet, Engelhard Chemicals, Fidelity Investments, Freddie Mac, Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer Funds, Paine Webber, Putnam Investments, Schwab, ScottishPower, Supervalu, TD Bank, TIAA-CREF, UPS, Visa, and others.
Dr. Gupta holds a PhD in Operations Management, M.S. in Operations Research, MS in Industrial Engineering, and BS in Electrical Engineering. He also holds APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management.

REFUND POLICY: Registered participants may cancel their registration and request a full refund up to 5 business days before the first day of their non-credit course. If you register less than 5 days before the beginning of the course, no refund will be given. In the event that the course or program is canceled, all participants will receive a full refund.
