The Zicklin Executive Master of Science in Human Resource Management (EMS HRM) is designed for HR professionals with 5 or more years of business experience who are seeking to accelerate their careers. Today’s HR practitioners need to understand how business strategy ties into people strategy. The EMS HRM 30 credit curriculum is closely aligned with state-of-the-art HR competencies required to succeed as an HR leader. In addition, students will acquire solid knowledge and practice in foundational principles relevant to daily HR practice, including negotiations, employee well-being, and labor issues.
