Executive MS in Human Resource Management

#WhyZicklin? Investment “I chose Zicklin because I realized that I could get a quality education without sacrificing my wallet," says Executive MS in Human Resource Management student Nia Collins ('23). "I also looked at the programs details and I realized that they have a lot of components that certain other schools didn't have.”

Take Your HR Career to the Next Level

Modern organizations realize that people are the key to sustainable business success and that HR has evolved from a support function to a revenue driver. Today’s HR practitioners need to understand how business strategy ties into people strategy.

The Zicklin Executive Master of Science in Human Resource Management (EMS HRM) is designed for HR professionals with a minimum of 3 years of business experience who are seeking to accelerate their careers.

The focus of the EMS HRM 30-credit curriculum is on state-of-the-art HR competencies required to succeed as an HR leader. In addition, students will acquire solid knowledge and practice in foundational principles relevant to daily HR practice, including negotiations, employee well-being, and labor issues.

The Executive MS in Human Resource Management program leads to the Master of Science degree.
