Executive MS in Information Systems
with a Concentration in Data Analytics
The Executive MS in IS with a concentration in Data Analytics is custom designed for managers seeking the expertise to manage technology effectively and implement sound information systems strategies.

This technological imperative, combined with the exponential growth of data and sophisticated quantitative tools, means that executives across the business landscape need technical and analytical skills to succeed.
This program provides comprehensive coverage of both the technical knowledge and strategic skill set most needed by today’s executives. At the same time, it offers a deep focus on the tools and methods of data analytics that will give you the managerial skills necessary to successfully initiate, run, and evaluate full-scale data analytics projects.
The program covers a wide range of topics such as data warehousing, Python programming for data analytics, data mining, and data visualization. It will also provide you with hands-on experience using the latest software tools and methods of statistical analysis.
Regardless of your background or prior technical expertise, you will gain strategic skills critical to managing technological change now and in the future.
The program is offered in a cohort format, with all executive students taking their courses together. This shared learning experience emphasizes opportunities for teamwork and relationship building. The Executive MS in Information Systems is offered on a convenient, accelerated schedule using a modular structure. It has 10 courses that require only two weekends on Zicklin’s campus in New York City per month. Additional coursework takes place before and after the weekend classroom sessions, supported by an online platform that allows faculty-supervised individual and group work. It also includes a 1.5-credit course in business communications.
