Advanced Certificate in Strategic Thinking

Organizations around the world face increasing competition, technological disruption, and external shocks, and require managers at all levels of the organization to think strategically.

This certificate would provide an opportunity for potential managers to:

  • Develop competitive analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Identify and assess strategic alternatives at the business-level, corporate-level, and industry-level
  • Improve the way they intelligently communicate their analyses and recommendations to other stakeholders
  • Position themselves to pursue a career path in strategic management, equity analysis, or strategic consulting.

The curriculum for the certificate program in Strategic Thinking is a subset of courses currently offered to the MBA program and open to other Master’s programs, thus potentially allowing students the option to subsequently apply to and enroll in these master’s level programs.
