Through advisement from the Office of Graduate Programs, the Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC), and academic departments, students will discuss the skills required for the job, function, or industry they are aiming for, and then will select elective courses to pursue an interdisciplinary course of study. Students will graduate with a general MBA with a concentration/specialization of their own design.

As an MBA student, you will complete a Business Consulting Practicum, where you will apply the concepts learned in the classroom and deliver a real business plan to a New York company.

New York State CPA Accountancy
Students in the Full-Time MBA and Evening MBA, who do not have baccalaureate degrees in accounting, may complete the Accountancy program, which requires 61 – 73 credits. The program meets the educational requirements for the New York State Certified Public Accountant exam and conforms to the AACSB International standards for accreditation of accounting programs.
