AlixPartners MBA Scholarship for Achievement

The AlixPartners MBA Scholarship for Achievement supports the firm’s commitment to recognizing top MBA talent in their pursuit of higher education. Scholars receive up to $10,000 USD after successful completion of their first year of their MBA program and upon acceptance of our summer internship offer. Upon successful completion of the summer internship, acceptance of a full-time offer and successful completion of the MBA degree, scholarship recipients will be awarded an additional $10,000 USD.
This initiative is targeted for women and members of underrepresented communities interested in careers in consulting. Students must be enrolled in a US or Canada-based master’s level degree program or have US work authorization.

We welcome Black, Hispanic/Latin American and Indigenous pre-MBA students to join us for a weeklong immersive look inside the exciting world of strategy consulting.
BASE Camp is an in-person experience where you’ll receive plenty of support before and after to ensure you get a good sense for what this work is like. You’ll participate in a full day of training and be staffed to a case team, handling a component of a client consulting project. It’s an opportunity to sharpen your business acumen and see what you could gain from a career at Bain.

Kearney MBA Diversity Bootcamp Summer Associate

The Kearney Diversity Consulting Boot Camp aims to provide newly admitted Black, Latino/Hispanic, Native American, and Indigenous background MBA students, starting in the Fall, with two days of learning about the firm, networking with Kearney consultants and other incoming MBA candidates, and participating in practice case interviews. L.E.K. Consulting Pre-MBA Program

The L.E.K. Consulting Pre-MBA Program is an opportunity for incoming MBA students to learn more about strategy management consulting as a career path.
L.E.K. offers two program tracks – one for women, and one for underrepresented minorities (Black/African American, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American).
These programs were held virtually over two days for each program:
- Women’s Program – Monday & Tuesday at the beginning of June
- Diversity Program – Thursday & Friday at the beginning of June
L.E.K. Pre-MBA Program participants will:
- Learn about why diversity, equity and inclusion matter at L.E.K., and how to get involved
- Attend seminars about what a career as a consultant looks like at L.E.K.
- Network with a variety of L.E.K.’s staff, including senior L.E.K. Consultants, Managers and Partners – creating important networking contacts for your future career search

- Receive tips and real-life examples on how to navigate business school and job searches

McKinsey Early Access

McKinsey Early Access (MEA) introduces individuals kicking off their MBA program in fall 2024 to McKinsey and consulting before starting business school. Through the program, McKinsey aims to help you determine if consulting could be the right career for you.
As part of the program, participants will connect with peers across multiple campuses in the United States and build relationships with McKinsey consultants. You will also develop a close-knit, diverse, and mentorship-focused community. We hope you will stay in touch with your new community as you start your classes and begin the fall recruiting season.
We are particularly excited to welcome individuals who are problem solvers, entrepreneurial, creative and who are eager to learn more about consulting to join the program.
