Only students who are currently completing their business core courses (ACC 2203, MGT 3120, OPM 3000, MKT 3000, FIN 3000) on ePermit or Winter or Summer 1, meet all eligibility requirements for MGT 4999, and plan to take MGT 4999 next semester may use this form.

Only students enrolled in an ePermit course, a course in Winter or Summer 1 to reach 90 credits may request permission to enroll in MGT 4999.

ALL of the following requirements must be met to enroll in MGT 4999

1. Completion of at least 90 credits
2. Completion of listed courses required to take 4000+level business courses (if applies to you)
3. Completing on ePermit the following Zicklin Core business base courses.
   • ACC 2203 (for non-Accounting majors) or ACC 3200 (for Accounting majors and students who completed the course before switching out of Accounting)
   • MGT 3120
   • OPM 3000 (Formerly MGT 3121)
   • MKT 3000
   • FIN 3000
