Evening MBA/MS:
The Evening MBA/MS orientation is a way for new students to meet each other and learn about some of the resources at Zicklin. Orientation is usually scheduled for an evening the week before classes begin in both January and August; invitations with RSVP information are sent to the email addressed you used to apply for your degree program. The evening ends with the very popular Networking Social and Club Fair.
Full-Time MBA:
Students entering the Full-Time MBA attend a mandatory two-week orientation, which readies students for the academic, career, and co-curricular expectations of the program. Sessions are scheduled all day, every day and usually begin the second week of August. The semester learning teams are selected at the end of orientation. Full-Time MBA students are also invited to the August Networking Social and Club Fair.
One-Year MBA:
One-Year MBA students spend the week before classes begin in early June at a mandatory orientation. Students are familiarized with campus resources, and focus on teamwork and professional development. Sessions are scheduled all day, every day for one full week. One-Year MBA students are also invited to the Networking Social and Club Fair in August.
International Students:
In addition to their degree program orientation, new F-1 and J-1 visa students joining a Zicklin MBA or MS program will attend a mandatory one-day International Student Orientation. Scheduled a few days before the start of classes in both January and August, sessions provide information related to maintaining status, and introduce students to campus and local resources.
