Zicklin courses use the following three letter signifier:

Courses that use any other lettering are not in the Zicklin School of Business and will not count toward your program (courses that do not count are COM, FPA, MTH, PAF, PSY), except for the MBA General (with permission). 

MBA General

Students following the MBA General curriculum select elective courses based on skills required for their desired job, function, or industry. Courses may be selected from any academic department within Zicklin, provided the prerequisite courses are met, and may also select additional functional skills/flexible courses beyond what is required.

Students may take one course (up to 3 credits) from either the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences or the Marxe School of Public Affairs. 

• Students should email the advising team at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs for permission for Marxe graduate courses. 
• Students should email the advising team at the Weissman School of Arts & Sciences for permission for permission for Weissman graduate courses.

MS Programs

Students who are enrolled in a Zicklin MS Program may use this list as a guide for course selection if their program includes electives. As some MS programs do not have electives, please verify with your academic advisor if you have a question about how a course will count towards your degree program.

Note that the course listings below are not exhaustive and will change as the curriculum is updated.  Students may select from any 9000-level course at Zicklin, provided the appropriate prerequisite courses are completed, even if it is not shown on the list below.
