Courses that use any other lettering are not in the Zicklin School of Business and will not count toward your program (courses that do not count are COM, FPA, MTH, PAF, PSY), except for the MBA General (with permission).

MBA General

Students following the MBA General curriculum can select elective courses based on their career goals from any Zicklin academic department, provided the prerequisite courses are met, and may also select additional functional skills/flexible courses beyond what is required.

Students may take one course (up to 3 credits) from either the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences or the Marxe School of Public Affairs. For permission, students should email the respective advising teams.

MS Programs

Students who are enrolled in a Zicklin MS Program may use this list as a guide for course selection, if applicable. Please verify with your academic advisor whether a course counts towards your degree program, as some MS programs do not include electives.

Notes for MBA and MS

Students should contact an academic or faculty advisor with questions about how these courses will fit into their programs.

Note that the course listings below are not exhaustive and will change as the curriculum is updated.  Students may select from any 9000-level course at Zicklin, provided the appropriate prerequisite courses are completed, even if it is not shown on the list below.
