Accountancy Evaluation Process

Each student will receive an individualized evalution once at the start of the term they are admitted to. New students should note that program and course evaluations will be sent to the same email address that you used to apply to your degree program. The advising team will send an email confirming when your file is received from Graduate Admissions and will indicate the estimated time it will take to complete your evaluation.

MBA Accountancy

  • Every student in the MBA Accountancy program will receive a curriculum sheet that will indicate which functional skills courses you may or not be required to take. It will also indicate whether or not students will be required or waived out of the 9 credits from the General Business electives part of the curriculum.

  • The credit range is 61 (if waived from all 9 credits of the general electives) to 72.5 credits (either required to take all 9 credits or a combination of waived courses and required courses).

  • Students can track their own degree progress on DegreeWorks.

MS Accoutancy

  • Each program evaluation (Program of Study) is customized to each MS Accoutancy student. It will indicate the courses that are waived, required and overall credits needed to complete the MS Accoutancy program.

  • Due to the high customization for each student, MS Accountancy students should only refer to the program of study document and not DegreeWorks to track their degree progress.
