Course Recommendations

Students can begin to register for classes before receiving their evaluation. Below is a list of courses you can register for:

Courses Notes
BUS 9558: Strategic Business Communications MS Accountancy students may note the curriculum requires the completion of BUS 9557.  This course is no longer available.

You may need to email  ZicklinGradACCAdvising@baruch.cuny.edu for permission to enroll in BUS 9558.

ACC 9110: Financial Accounting (substitute for ACC 9112) If you did not complete 6 credits (2 courses) of financial accounting courses with a B- or better in the past 5 years.
TAX 9861: Federal Income Taxation: Theory and Practice If you did not take a minimum 3 credit course in Federal Income Taxation of Individuals with a B- or better in the past 5 years.
LAW 9800: Intensive Survey of Business Contracts and Law of Corporations If you did not take a minimum of 6 credits (2 courses) in U.S. business law courses in with a C or better a prior degree program.
STA 9708: Managerial Statistics If you did not take a minimum of 6 credits (2 courses) of statistics courses with a C or better in a prior degree program.
TAX 9878: Taxation of Business Entities Students who need to take TAX 9861 can also register for TAX 9878.
