* MTH 3010 (Calculus II) will only be taken only by students who completed MTH 2610 at Baruch College. This information will be indicated on your evaluation.
Note: International students need to be registered for 9 credits in Fall and Spring to be considered full-time. Part-time students typically take 6 credits per semester.
- Calculus I* is waived based on completion of 3 credits of undergraduate calculus I [not pre-calculus], with a minimum grade of C-.
- Calculus II* is waived based on completion of calculus II [advanced calculus] completed within 5 years of enrollment in the MS Statistics program, with a minimum grade of C-.
- STA 9708 is waived based on completion of 6 credits of undergraduate statistics, with a minimum grade average of B-.
*Calculus I and Calculus II are undergraduate courses and the grades are not calculated in the grade point average [GPA].
Calculus is a very important part of STA 9715 and STA 9719. Even if you are waived from both Calculus I and Calculus II, it is imperative that you review and know your calculus well before attending these classes.

Students who have taken Calculus I & II more than five years ago may want to consider repeating Calculus II.
