The Zicklin Grad Buddies Program pairs incoming students with experienced Zicklin students to ease their transition into graduate life. With a designated buddy, newcomers receive guidance to navigate the graduate experience, foster collaborative learning, and build strong, meaningful peer connections.

Eligibility Criteria for Becoming a Buddy to Incoming Students
- All students must be enrolled in Zicklin and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- All students (except Online MBA) must have completed minimum 9 credits in the program.
- Online MBA students must have completed minimum 6 credits in the program.
Responsibilities of Buddies

Provide supportive mentorship for first semester students to adjust to the Zicklin community and establish a sense of belonging.

Serve as a resource by guiding first semester students to appropriate campus services.

Share personal insights and experiences regarding academic and student life.
- Continuing student (buddy) and first semester student (newbie) are required to have minimum 2 meetings throughout the semester.
